"Sore. The most satisfying pain..."

See the title above? This is exactly how I can describe how my body is feeling right now. seriously, if you don't feel some kind of pain after working out, then you're doing it all wrong, dude. Today, I actually went for a jog before it got extremely hot, and I must say: it felt amazing to go out into Mother Nature and feel the fresh air. However, this will probably be the ONLY day that I do this, because it is expected to be very hot this summer (and I'm not trying to fall out anywhere, either).


An hour and a half after that, I did my intense workouts and stuff... and let tell ya... I'M SORE! Either I was doing all the exercises right, or the intense workouts and jogging just ran all together. Despite all of this, I feel AWESOME! There's something about feeling the burn that give me adrenaline.... Here's what I did today:
  • 30 Day Squat Challenge - 55 Squats 
  • Brazilian Ab Challenge
    • 8 crunches
    • 8 leg raises
    • 12 second plank
  • 60 Jumping Jacks
  • 1 min, 45 second Wall Sit
  • 30 additional leg raises
  • 30 static lunges
    • 15 right
    • 15 left
  • 20 Sumo Squats
  • 10 Frog Jumps
To close this out, I feel super accomplished today, and hopefully I won't slack off moving forward this summer.
