I should be ashamed of myself for not staying updated, but I couldn't help it: I was spent. This blog will be filled with exercises that I've been doing for the past five days, including a day-long trip to the beach as well. Check it out!

June 13th, 2015

I went to the beach in Atlantic City, NC!!! We stayed there for four hours and we had a wonderful time. At one point, the waves came crashing all the way to where we were, wetting most of our stuff. I would also like to point out that I was already seeing results from working out already. I truly enjoyed myself!
