30 Day Squat Challenge: I'm Down!
So, I'm trying to get into the whole fitness thing. I mean, you are never too young to be as fit as possible! I am going to try this 30 day Squat Challenge (and hopefully succeed)! My plan is to do it in the mornings when I get up, so that it can give me a huge jump start to my day!
I labelled my "fitness notebook" with the expected number of squats I am supposed to do (as shown in the picture) and then I have an actual number of squats, just in case I do not meet the goal for that certain day and believe me... I DO NOT THINK I AM GOING TO MEET THE GOAL EVERY DAY! (Haha)
My question you guys is that are you willing to take on the 30-Day Challenge? A family member of mine is already contemplating this, so I am now really curious to see who is willing to take on the challenge.
