See this necklace? My grandmother gave it to me (despite forgetting that she did haha). I wore it on Friday, but I have not been thinking about the symbolism of each pendant until now. The heart symbolizes LOVE and PASSION. The peace sign symbolizes for PEACE and HARMONY among people. And the single wing symbolizes PROTECTION and AFFECTION. The words capitalized are what we all need in these days of confusion and despair. Despite not living in the days where these words were prominent, I often get nostalgic, thinking "I wanna go back to the days when..." as if I lived during those times. However, I have no shame of growing up in this age, because I know how to see the positives over the negatives in people. Overall, this necklace gives me a sense of meaning, a sense of protection, and a sense of love. ❤
