Expanding My Creative Horizon

Hello, everyone! It's been almost three months since I've been up here. However, since the amount of work I have is decreasing, I am hoping that amount of posts I have on this blog will increase. A lot of great things has happened since New Year's Day, and I am going to share some of those things now!

Back in January, I began taking more online college courses, which very beneficial to me, because it gives me a headstart in working towards my future. I originally had four classes: Health, Music, American History and Intro to Computers, but I dropped Health, because I though the mounds of work would be too stressful to handle. I know you would be thinking "Why on Earth would you drop Health?! That's probably the easiest college course you'll ever take!" Well, I had to think about it from different perspectives. First, I had to look at due days for each class. For example, my American History assignments would be due on Sundays, and my Music and Computers assignments would be due on Wednesdays. But having those Health class assignments being due on Saturdays mean that I would have to turn my focus to that one class instead of the others, which would have drove me crazy! So, I dropped the class within a day to save myself from the stress and pressure.

More recently, I was chosen along with 17 other students to go to the North Carolina Ag Awareness Day. I also scored an interview (which you can view from the YouTube link below)! I must warn you that I was looking very nerdy that day, and I had to wear my FFA Official Dress. Doing the interview was one of the highlights of my experience, along with hearing key helpers in North Carolina's Agriculture speaking at the rally. Agriculture is really important to us humans, because we need food, clothing, and shelter in order to survive this crazy world we live in. Here's the link!

Now to the good stuff! Recently, I have been writing songs, learning about different cultures (specifically cultures of Latin America, where I plan to be in the near future), dancing, and just releasing my creative juices. I want to turn my hobbies into career, possibly, and of course pro wrestling is at the top of the list as well. I always knew that I was creative, but it just doesn't come out of me naturally. Taking your thoughts and putting on paper (or in this case, a blog) is much more different than standing up in front of people and releasing your talents. I am working everyday to overcome my shyness. Whether it be hanging out with my friends or being able to better a conversation with a family member, I am willing to overcome, conquer and defeat my shyness. Whoa... that was besides the purpose. Anyways, I have a Vimeo account, where I will be posting video blogs about... life, me, wrestling, music, and anything that I feel worth talking about. I'm just laying the foundation right now, but you can still check it out here: Kianna Forbes :)

I also celebrate my birthday. No, I will not tell you my age, because it is a private thing to me. It was on Friday, March 13th! HOW FREAKING COOL IS THAT?!?! I wore all black, along with my close friends. Then I blew up almost $105 on merch from Amazon, eBay, and I bought "Stories From the Streets: The Jon Moxley Story", which features Johnathan Good aka Dean Ambrose, one of my idols. :D

To close things out, I want say that the key of creativity can make an entrance in your heart. Wat I am saying is that everyone has some sort of trait or talent that makes them creative and unique. Use it. You never know how much you can invest in it.
